The Nazi's Inventions for WWII
Sarin
Sarin is a colorless, odorless liquid that was used as a chemical weapon owing to its extreme potency as a nerve agent. It has been classified as a weapon of mass destruction. Sarin was outlawed by the Chemical Weapons Convention in 1993. Sarin can be lethal even at very low concentrations, with death following in 1 to 10 minutes after direct inhalation due to suffocation from lung muscle paralysis. People who absorb a non-lethal dose, but do not receive immediate medical treatment, could suffer permanent neurological damage.
Acoustic Torpedo
The Acoustic Torpedo is a torpedo that aims itself by listening for characteristic sounds of its target or by searching for it using sonar. Acoustic torpedoes are usually designed for medium-range use, and often fired from a submarine. The first passive acoustic torpedo was the G7esT-5 Zaunkonig torpedo deployed in late WWII by the German U-boat fleet.
